In 20 years of growing, Ocean Power Industrial Co., Ltd continuously promoted its business. To meet the needs of future development, the Institute of Road Technology was founded in Mar 2005. The institute was based on Oceanpower R&D Center and Postdoctoral Programme of Oceanpower Industrial Co., Ltd, and was professional in performance measurement and parameter test of engineering material.
